Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your Grown Up Magic account and associated data. This page applies to both the website (grownupmagic.com) and the Grown Up Magic Android app (com.grownupmagic.app).
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete the account and the data tied to it, including:
- Your profile (email, username, avatar, bio, location)
- Movie ratings, watchlists, and reviews
- Character meet-and-greet checkoffs
- Trips, Disney Passport entries, and RunDisney race records
- Community posts, replies, votes, bookmarks, and reports
- Fish Extender listings, cruise meetups, and pin-trading posts
- Ask Oswald chat prompts and responses
- Oswald Photo ID character-match records
- Mickey Bar balance, awards, likes, follows, and notifications
- Saved articles and feature request votes
- Push-notification (FCM) device tokens
What we retain
A small amount of information may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons:
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics — counts and summaries that are not linkable to you
- Crash logs — up to 90 days in Firebase Crashlytics, then purged
- Transaction / tax records — up to 7 years where required by law
- Abuse and security logs — minimal records needed to prevent ban evasion, retained up to 12 months
- Encrypted backups — deleted data may persist in rolling backups for up to 35 days before being overwritten
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 30 days. We'll email the address you provide below when it's complete. If you need proof of deletion for compliance purposes, mention that in the reason field.

Request deletion
Submitting this form queues your account for deletion. This cannot be undone once processing begins.
