Connections Eatery Mobile Order Tickets Not Printing New Festival of the Arts Items

Connections Eatery in EPCOT is having issues with Disney’s mobile order system on the first day of the 2026 Festival of the Arts. When a guest mobile orders anywhere at Walt Disney World, a ticket listing their items prints for cast members. Unfortunately, none of the venue’s new items are printing on these tickets. There are three new items available at Connections Eatery for the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts: BBQ Chicken Pizza: Two slices of freshly baked pizza topped with smoked chicken, sweet barbecue sauce, cheese blend, peppers, and red onions Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich: Spicy hand-breaded chicken, roasted garlic aïoli, and southern slaw on a toasted brioche bun Classic Mojito with mint foam When we tried showing the cast member our receipt, we ended up waiting for 15 minutes....
