Ryan Reynolds Talks the Future of Deadpool, Suggests a More Limited Role

The future is unknown for Marvel’s “merc with a mouth”, but it seems unlikely that audiences will see another standalone film for some time. ‘I think he’s a supporting character, you know? ’ Ryan Reynolds – producer, writer, and of course, the lead actor behind Deadpool in the character’s titular film series – says he does not currently envision the character leading another film on his own.
