Disney Fans Have Been Waiting 11 Years for This Grand Return, and It Finally Happened

Disney installed the Sorcerer's Hat at Hollywood Studios overnight, and eleven years of that skyline looking wrong ended this morning. Gone since February 2015. Back as of today, sitting atop the entrance to The Magic of Disney Animation, opening this summer as the centerpiece of The Walt Disney Studios Lot transformation. The hat and facade are designed to resemble the actual Disney Animation headquarters in Burbank.
