Disney is reportedly pushing back on the publication of an unauthorized biography focused on former CEO of The Walt Disney Company Bob Iger. Unauthorized Biography According to a report from Puck News, Disney has hired Charles Harder, a national litigation and trial attorney who practices in the areas of media law, First Amendment, defamation, privacy, reputation protection, entertainment, intellectual property, and business litigation. Harder has sent multiple letters to publisher Harper Collins, seeking information about an unauthorized biography of Iger written by The Wall Street Journal’s Robbie Whelan. The book, supposedly titled The House of Mouse: Bob Iger and the Fight for the Soul of Disney, has biased content from Whelan, with intentions of committing a hit job on Iger and the company....
