A new video from the Star Wars Instagram account reveals some of the creatures making their live-action debut in The Mandalorian & Grogu. ‘The Mandalorian & Grogu’ Reveals New Creatures In the Reel, director Jon Favreau shares that for him, a big part of what makes the Star Wars universe feel complete and compelling is its unique creatures. In his voiceover, he explains that in making The Mandalorian & Grogu, they got to “[embrace] a lot of tradition” by “bringing in all sorts of creative disciplines” and “all of these techniques to ground things” to make all these creatures and droids feel especially real.
