Disneyland Area Transit Set for Major Shift as ART Bus Service Shuts Down on March 31

The scheduled shutdown of the Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) bus service is expected to negatively impact Anaheim locals and millions of Disneyland Resort guests. Tomorrow is the Final Day of ART Shuttle Service Anaheim Transportation Network (ATN) will cease operations after March 31, 2026, after failing to stabilize its finances, leaving the future of resort-area transportation in flux for the more than 8 million annual riders who relied on the ART shuttle system As of February 9, the ART system had already begun winding down its operations while the City of Anaheim searched for a replacement. For years, ATN connected Disneyland Resort, nearby hotels, Anaheim Canyon Metrolink Station, downtown Anaheim, and the Platinum Triangle, serving as a centralized transit option in a district that now welcomes more than 25 million visitors each year.
