After 20 Years This Disney Chef Just Got Promoted

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has a new executive chef overseeing all 13 food and beverage locations, including the MICHELIN-starred Victoria & Albert's. Matthew Sowers, with over 20 years of experience at Victoria & Albert's, has been promoted from chef de cuisine to executive chef for the resort's dining operations.
