Disney’s Grand Floridian Names New Executive Chef for All Restaurants & Bars

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has a new executive chef who will have a hand in all 13 food and beverage locations at the resort, including the MICHELIN-starred Victoria & Albert’s. New Executive Chef at Disney’s Grand Floridian Matthew Sowers has more than 20 years of experience at Victoria & Albert’s, working his way through the ranks as a chef and, most recently, the chef de cuisine.
