Second-Floor Scaffolding Down at New Earl of Sandwich and Gordon Ramsay Pub at Downtown Disney

Most of the scaffolding has been removed from the upper level of the now white facade of the new Earl of Sandwich location at Downtown Disney District, which will also house Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby.   Earl of Sandwich Construction In our last report, scrim was removed revealing the building.
