Cruella De Vil met with guests mid-day on March 4 in the United Kingdom Pavilion at EPCOT. Cruella De Vil Meet and Greet Cruella was meeting guests near The Queen’s Table. Cruella de Vil rarely appears for meet-and-greets at EPCOT, as she is primarily located in Magic Kingdom during special events like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
