Orlando Traffic About to Change Forever With Self-Driving Cars at Theme Parks

Waymo launched its self-driving car service in Orlando on February 24, covering Universal, parts of Disney World, and the airport. The fully driverless vehicles will operate without human drivers, with riders receiving invitations ahead of a public rollout in late 2026. The company aims to reach 1 million rides per week by year's end, offering theme park visitors an alternative to rentals or Uber.
